PAYMENT HELP
How do I purchase a Guitar Break?
Firstly, you will need to Register with Guitar Break. Once you have done that, simply Log In to the site, go to the 'View & Book Your Break' Page and select the break you wish to buy by clicking 'ADD' on the corresponding break. Your selection will then appear in your basket on the right hand side of the page.
Once you are happy with your selection, click on 'GO TO CHECKOUT' and follow the payment instructions.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We can currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Electron, Delta, Maestro & Solo.
My credit card will not be accepted, what do I do?
In the first instance, make sure all your details are inputted correctly. If there is still no success, contact your card issuer to see if there any problems with the card. If all else fails, call Guitar Break on +44 (0)845 458 7372 and we will do our best to help you.
I don’t want to pay online, can I make payment any other way?
You can pay over the phone by calling +44 (0)845 458 7372 but we do ask that you register on the site first so that we can recall your details. At this time, the only other alternative to secure online and phone payment is by sending us a cheque. If you wish to pay via cheque then please call +44 (0)845 458 7372 to provisionally book your break and discuss payment.
Can I pay for my Guitar Break in instalments?
We now take deposits for our events. Please refer to the specific event itineraries for more details.

EQUIPMENT
What do I bring along to the weekend?
All you need to bring along is you and your guitar. If you wish to bring a small practice amplifier then please do so. If there are any CD's or tracks that you would like to focus on or learn then please bring them along.
EXTRA REQUIREMENTS
I want to come on a Guitar Break but don’t want to stay at your venue, can I still take part in the break?
Of course you can. To allow for this we no longer include accommodation in the event package. If you live local to the venue then you may want to spend the evenings at home or indeed make your own accommodation arrangements. For weekend events a Guitar Break discount is offered on accommodation for our guests, just simply quote 'Guitar Break' when speaking to the venue.
Can I bring my partner along to the Guitar Break even though they don’t play the guitar or want to take part?
Yes. We can make arrangements for you and your partner to come along and enjoy the weekend in and around the venues. Simply call us on +44 (0)845 458 7372 to book your break and arrange your extra requirements. Alternatively, book your break online to reserve your place and then call us.
This may incur a small administration charge.
Can I just pick one of the days to take part in rather than the whole weekend?
Yes you can. Please visit the View & Book Your Break page to view the options.
Can I bring children along and is there a facility to leave them in supervised care?
Guitar Break cannot offer this service as all weekends are designed for guitar players of at least 16 years of age. We cannot cater for anyone under this age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
I require help with mobility as I am unable to walk very long distances, can I get help throughout the weekend?
Yes, Guitar Break takes extra attention to the accessibility of all the venues. If required, we can provide assistance to those with disabilities or impaired mobility. Once you have booked your break, please call us on +44 (0)845 458 7372 to discuss your extra requirements for your weekend.
If you have any other disability, impairment or need that you think will affect your participation then don’t hesitate to contact us and discuss your requirements as soon as possible.
Is there any provision taken for those with specific dietary needs?
Yes. We can make special food & drink arrangements if we are given notice in advance. Please email us on mail@guitarbreak.com or call us on +44 (0)845 458 7372 to discuss your dietary needs.
During the weekend, I may have to keep one eye on my business as I normally work weekends, is that OK?
Here at Guitar Break we are happy to assist you in sending emails, faxes & post etc. Please ask a member of the team to help you and we will happily oblige.

Guitar Break Notice
